Cover

The cover is operative anywhere in the UK arising from your activity of Beauty/Holistic Therapist, Hairdresser or Nail Technician.

£2,000,000 - PUBLIC LIABILITY COVER

£2,000,000 - TREATMENT LIABILITY COVER

£2,000,000 - PRODUCTS LIABILITY COVER

Excess

The excess under your cover is £100 for any property damage.

Qualification Definition

All Therapists, Holistic Therapists, Hairdressers & Nail Technician have suitable qualifications for each treatment undertaken. Any individual who is a trainee will be under the direct supervision of a qualified person. Student cover is included for case study work only.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Zurich Combined Policy.

Allergic Testing

We continue to receive numerous claims that relate to an allergic reaction to products that are being used. We can not over emphases the importance of carrying out the appropriate allergic and patch testing. It is also important to maintain accurate records of the treatments carried out and visits made by clients. This will assist any investigation into the alleged incident
